Continuing to pursue my personal commitment of some 35 years ago to the US role in the world

I had already left the day-to-day involved world of business and education some years previously when I had the chance of joining a committee to work on planning the United States for the next 500 years, an endeavor I would take on ever since!  Toward that end, I've worked occasionally with the Pentagon and a federal agency on US projects.

The thing is now, I really need inter-governmental support to continue in some important efforts I feel I could be of use in pursuing my current realization of this long-established dedication of mine--.

For the last four years, I have become aware of some projects planned for the Western states to take place soon.  Particularly, I first learned of them when I was temporarily living in California four years ago and was again brought up to their status still in the planning stage in my return visit to Santa Barbara, California this last August.

During my recent trip I was given names of persons who might help me to return to Santa Barbara and live there to make contribution to the projects' development and fruition.  I looked over the plans as was presented to me and saw they are doable; and so I make available the contacts I would appreciate for bringing about my move back to California sometime soon:

Edgar Wesson, Jr., Path Santa Barbara; 816 Cacique Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93103; tel: 805-617-9350
Petra Lowen, Community Living Advocate, Independent Living Resource Center, 423 W. Victoria Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101; tel: 805-963-0595
Carol Baizer, Community Living Advocate, ILRC, 423 W. Victoria Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101; 805-963-0595, ext. 102

I understand these people will know how to get me going again in the Santa Barbara area.  I am particularly known by the federal agency over the years located in Ventura.

I also have information of the city's recreation and understand the downtown center is a resource for my return: Carrillo Recreation Center, 100 East Carrillo St., 805-897-2519.  This resource was supplied me by the city's YMCA.

For your interest, if you're willing to help.  Also, I've had the doctors at George Washington Hospital-Clinic ok for my move of this importance.

Whack-O Theory of 9/22/19: President Trump is establishing an international clique of Energy Moguls

It's aim is to control the world's resources of oil and gas, perhaps, even coal.  The United States military supplies the might to assure that the group will be the dominant source of energy for the planet and outer space.

Among world tyrants, Trump has included himself as President of a nation with massive oil reserves. Putin, who not only controls oil in Russia, but also in vast fields in the Arctic, is also behind the oil producing Venezuelan socialist regime ruling to this day despite protests for true democratic elections.  North Korea with its military, nuclear arsenal qualifies its country's President to become a member.  And Trump has pledged, apparently, the US military to add military defensive thrust to the Saudi government for protection and security of Middle East oil in the OPEC cartel.

The Nigeria government hasn't been courted, yet, though internal strife is never-ending in that country.

Trump doesn't need Iran to join the club since a significant United States military presence is right off its shores right now; and he can use the country as a foil, while he gets his club operational--permitting the dispensing of oil and other natural resources as a vast energy reserve it controls, upon which all nations of the world must rely.

Note that he deals with each Mogul on a one-to-one basis.

Had great time in Santa Barbara, CA week-long vacation; face need for health-aide home care

Had the first vacation trip I've taken in many years!  Enjoyed being in Santa Barbara, California-- where I had a chance to live sometime ago but preferred traveling about.

Came back to DC in good shape, but I need a health care home aide just a few hours each week.  Was turned down because they cited as a reason, I'm ambulatory!  Still, it's hard to do simple things because of my arthritis.  Will keep on trying, but I can't use up what money I have!  The things I face in getting old!!
